We are looking for the candidate who having a strong knowledge of UI/UX designing and having actual knowledge to create designs that enhance the user experience for digital products and services. They work closely with other teams to ensure that the design aligns with the product’s goals. UI/UX designers use a combination of visual design, information architecture, and user psychology to create designs that meet user needs. They also consider factors such as ease of use, accessibility, and visual hierarchy.

Responsibilities

Some responsibilities of a UI/UX designer.

• Gather user requirements, research customers and competitors, and develop personas and user stories.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Work with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design aligns with the product’s goals.
• Create and maintain usability documentation.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends and tools.

• Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in design and develop the interactive UI/UX.

• Familiar with design system and creating reusable UI components.
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Design user flows and navigation structures to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Design suitable icons for easy communication of underlying functionalities.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator or similar.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript front-end frameworks.
